Safe, Secure Direct Debit Payment
We process all our payments by Direct Debit with our payment partner GoCardless, removing the inconvenience of needing cash on the day of the clean or having to transfer payment after.
Payment will leave your account 3-5 days AFTER the date your notified. We do not schedule Direct Debit payments and you will only be charged after each clean has taken place.

Work Schedules
We offer regular schedules, but ask for some flexibility on either side of your clean date due to weather, bank holidays and other factors.
Moving Schedules
Unfortunately we cannot commit to giving times of arrival, as there are many variables / delays in our working day. We run a reliable and regular service, however if we're repeatedly turned away at the door or cleaning is continually cancelled, we reserve the right to remove you from our round. We strive to be as flexible as possible, especially due to building work or holidays, etc, but we'd appreciate reasonable notice of any changes.
First Clean
Our first clean is very effective at removing stubborn dirt and stains from your windows and doors. But if you have builders residue e.g. plaster, concrete, paint, stickers or adhesive on windows frames, sills, glass or door panels additional work or cleaning may be required, so please do not hesitate to let us know.
Access To Property
Please leave any side or back gates unlocked or if entrance is through the property it is made in person on the day. If you forget or cannot provide access, we will clean what we can reach on that visit and charge accordingly.
Bad Weather
We try not to clean your windows in very heavy rain, however we do still work in light rain or short showers. Our promise to you is that the results will still be the same.
Payments
Our regular scheduled window cleaning customers are required to pay via our direct debit system GoCardless which can be easily set up. Window cleaning payments are then automatically collected after each clean. Customers booking in additional one off services such as gutter clearing, fascia and soffit or conservatory cleaning, etc. are required to pay via cash on the day of the service or later at an arranged date.
Confidentiality
All customer information is kept confidential and is not discussed or shared with any individual or company, according to the data protection act.
Insurance
We are fully insured with comprehensive public liability insurance.
Complaints & Cancellation
We do our utmost to ensure the best service possible, however if for any reason you are not satisfied with our work, please do contact us within 24 hours of the clean. Although we operate a no refund policy, we will rectify work you are not happy with free of charge provided we are informed within 24 hours of the clean.
